We take utmost care while packing and shipping your orders. However, in case of damage or defect:

A complete unboxing video (from opening the sealed package till the end, without cuts or edits) is mandatory to claim damage/defect.
Without video proof, return requests cannot be accepted.
Products damaged due to mishandling will not be eligible for return/refund.
Approved returns must be sent back in original condition with all packaging, including jewelry boxes.
Once we receive the returned product, refunds will be processed within 2 business days to your original payment method.
